The hotel had a conference room, perfect for all those important events that I never attend. The balcony was a nice touch, although the view of the neighboring buildings was less than thrilling.

The breakfast room had the charm of a Soviet-era cafeteria, complete with gloomy lighting and lackluster food.

Exceptionally clean room with a private bathroom. Variety of facilities like: central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar.

Stayed there for new year and had a really great experience, so I would go back in flash. The room itself was reasonably spacious and airy and the hotel was clean. The staff was absolutely charming and good, provided nice services and helped with private parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Colorado in Lugano! The hotel's location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and with a bus stop right outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to suggest great places for dinner. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast included in the rate was also delightful. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel offers great value for money in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its stunning view of the city and the lake. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice touch, with a good selection of food.

No significant issues were noted, everything was satisfactory.

I liked the fact that the room and the bathroom were really clean. The breakfast was good, too, and the hotel location was good. I had a comfortable bed and parking place reserved for me.

Value for the price is not really the best... But then again that is what you can say for Switzerand in general - you pay high price to get a moderate service. I wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars, it is more the level of Ibis hotels, which means 2 stars. It just doesn't justify the price of 150+ EUR per night.

Very Clean hotel, very pleasant and helpful staffs

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location near the famous Lugano promenade. I particularly loved the attention to detail, with rooms that had an extra bed for our daughter. The balcony view of Lugano was simply stunning, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is situated very close to the promenade of Lake Lugano and very close to the centre of Lugano itself. Although, the hotel is a little tired it is clean and fairly comfortable and offers a decent continental breakfast. It is not cheap but then nothing is cheap in Switzerland.

The hotel could do with an update and some tlc.

Good quality hotel. Kettle, minibar facilities in the room. Breakfast is good, as usually in Swiss hotels. You can get some discount for entrance into Swiss Miniature Park in the hotel, just ask on the reception.

Shower is very strange. There are few extremely small rooms (5-7 m2) in the hotel which are appropriate only for one person. Nevertheless these rooms have two separate small beds and therefore are offered for two persons. We were very disappointed to have this miniroom for our anniversary.

Great hotel for a city trip! The staff were amazing and made the experience even better. Our room was clean and had a balcony which was a plus. We also got some complementary facts and great tips which helped us explore the city. The location was key as it was a short walk to the city center and the lake. We also enjoyed the fact that there were bikes available to ride around the city!

Honestly, there wasn't anything that we disliked during our stay. It was perfect for what we needed!
